byBiehl is looking for Store Manager to flagship store in Oslo
We are looking for a Store Manager to our flagship store on Prinsens Gate in Oslo who love jewelry, love sales and who wishes to give our customers the best possible byBiehl experience. The position is a part-time position (25 hours per week, but with the right person it could become a full-time position).
Your areas of responsibility:
- Give good service to our customers
- Make sure that the store reaches it's sales targets
- Ensure that the store always is presentable and sales-ready
- Coordinate the store roster, order products, etc.
- Handle our online orders
- Motivate and train and manage our sales team in the store
- Organize store events
- Be smiling, positive, approachable and be a good byBiehl representative
Your profile:
- You love sales and you love talking with the customers
- You work independently, are responsible, organized and proactive
- You are prepared to be flexible when it comes to working hours and you are willing to work weekends and in the business periods around the holidays
- You are a problem solver and ready to help whenever it's needed
- You can identify yourself with byBiehl jewelry and see youself as a good ambassador for the brand
- You have experience from a similar position (either as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager), preferable from a jewelry or fashion store
- You understand and speak Norwegian
