What does balance mean to you?
Balance for me is the right mix of work, family, and me-time. I'm really bad at prioritizing the latter - especially since becoming a mother. I think many people can relate to that. However, I find that being self-employed helps. I'm my own boss, so if I really need a break, I take the freedom to do so. It's really nice.
